FF&E Project Management
Harvey Norman Commercial FF&E has a history of supplying affordable solutions and quality products to a wide range of major projects for large organisations and government bodies. We have the experience to accurately analyse tender documentation, specifications and plans to provide an accurate project schedule. The extensive experience of the HNC FF&E team enable us to identify potential issues, minimise risks, recommend appropriate alternatives where budgetary constraints apply and subsequently organise the smooth delivery and handover of every project on time and within budget.
HNC FF&E has a fully documented project management system. Once a project has been awarded to us it is handed over to our experienced project delivery team. Our team then works closely with you to finalise a full project program with key milestones and sign off points to ensure that handover is achieved on schedule.
All installation personnel are fully trained and qualified to install our products. Our Site Supervisors work closely with our FF&E Operations Manager and our Project Delivery team to ensure that the plan created at the project management phase is adhered to. All site staff are inducted to the HNC FF&E SWMS that relate to each installation, have weekly tool box talks as well as initial site safety assessments prior to the commencement of any work.
HNC FF&E has its own fleet of delivery vehicles which are utilised to ensure punctual deliveries. At times we also use the services of respected furniture transport companies.
POST INSTALLATION SUPPORT
Our Operations Manager will manage and coordinate post installation services and rectification works. Urgent matters will be assigned to one of our Site Supervisors or one of our installation teams. Following handover our dedicated after sales and service team will handle all warranty claims.
